Your Role as a Real Estate Sales Agent: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to boost transaction volume. Cultivate meaningful relationships that connect with clients, leading to expanded business opportunities. Conduct consultations with prospective buyers and sellers to identify their ideal property requirements, then present homes that meet their needs. Coordinate dynamic open house events to showcase our property listings. Manage transactions from start to finish, ensuring seamless and efficient closings. Develop lead generation strategies to establish new client relationships. Become the neighborhood authority – master local market knowledge and community details, providing confident responses about properties, comparable sales, and area amenities.
Real Estate Sales Agent Requirements: Licensed NJ real estate agent. Proficient in leveraging technology and digital tools. Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building. Self-starter with a goal-oriented focus. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. A valid Real Estate License is mandatory.

Pay: $55,000 - $200,000+ (Commission-based pay)
