As a line cook, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, turning fresh, premium ingredients into unforgettable dishes. You'll be a part of a team that thrives on collaboration, attention to detail, and the pride of delivering a dining experience that keeps guests coming back. 

What You'll Do:

- Execute menu items with precision, from hand-stretching dough to finishing pizza in our wood-fired oven.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station. 
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure timing, plating, and high standards. 
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

What You'll Bring: 

- Kitchen experience, ideally in a high-volume or upscale restaurant.
- Strong knife skills and an understanding of cooking techniques, particularly with pizza. 
- The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- A collaborative spirit and a commitment to excellence in every plate served.
