Our Organization and Mission: The Office represents the State of Florida in state and federal civil and criminal courts, from trial courts to the Supreme Court of the United States.
Pay : $83,522.92 Annually
Position Summary: This position is in the Child Support Enforcement Bureau and involves managing a high-volume caseload representing the Florida Department of Revenue Child Support for the purpose of helping children get the financial support they need and deserve from their parents. Representation will involve legal actions such as establishing paternity and child support, enforcement, and/or other legal actions in a fair and efficient process in both Circuit Court and the Division of Administrative Hearings. Excellent organizational skills, time-management, and communication skills are key.
