Senior Recruiter – Light Industrial Staffing
Location: Watauga, TX

The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who can consistently source, screen, and place candidates. This is not a sit-back role. You’ll be on the phone, texting, interviewing, following up, and working directly with both candidates and clients every day.

What You’ll Do

Recruiting and Outreach

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
• Call, text, email, and message candidates daily
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews

Placement and Execution

• Match candidates to open roles based on skillset and client needs
• Move candidates from application to onboarding quickly
• Keep the pipeline full and active

Relationship Management

• Build trust with candidates and keep them informed
• Work closely with clients to understand needs and fill orders
• Be responsive, professional, and solution-focused

Admin and Process

• Track all activity in ATS (Crelate or similar)
• Follow up consistently with no dropped communication
• Ensure onboarding and documentation is completed correctly and on time

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
• Minimum 5 years experience in staffing, recruiting, or high-volume customer service
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communicator across phone, text, email, and social
• Outgoing, people-first personality
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to commute to Watauga and visit client sites as needed
• Willing to recruit across DFW and support other markets if needed
