Salary:
$120-$130K Base Salary including benefits, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, Paid Holidays, and Sick Pay

A reputable law firm is seeking a highly skilled Workers' Compensation Attorney to manage the defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to resolution. This role involves close collaboration with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators, while ensuring proactive case management and timely resolution of legal matters.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from start to finish
Handle all aspects of discovery and litigation in workers' compensation cases
Collaborate with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators
Provide clear and consistent legal guidance to clients
Ensure proactive case management and timely resolution of cases
Qualifications:
Active membership in the State Bar of California
Superior research, analytical, and negotiating abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to handle work-related stress and problem-solve effectively
Proficient in case management and litigation strategies
Knowledge of workers' compensation law and related regulations
