Job Description

User Experience (UX) Researcher III Responsibilities:

• Design plan and perform comprehensive research to inform product development within mobile experience initiatives.
• Generate actionable insights that influence product strategy and user experience design in high-impact projects.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure research is centered on real user needs and is integrated into the product development process.
• Present research findings to senior stakeholders clearly and effectively utilizing storytelling workshops and live discussions.
• Connect insights across multiple projects to develop a cohesive understanding of user needs and behaviors.

User Experience (UX) Researcher III Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in user research with a background in Human-Computer Interaction Cognitive Psychology or Social Science.
• Proficiency across various research methods including ethnography usability testing concept testing and contextual inquiry with familiarity in blending qualitative and quantitative data.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and adapt quickly to shifting workflows and emerging AI-powered UX capabilities.
• Strong communication skills capable of engaging senior audiences and navigating dynamic discussions.
• Deep UX expertise with a systems-thinking approach to influence cohesive user experiences.
