Pay Range: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience
Position Type: Full-Time 30 hours to 40 hours

We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Los Angeles locations. This role is ideal for someone who loves animals, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided.
Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service
Assist customers with pet food, supplies, and general product questions
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately
Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
Receive, stock, and merchandise inventory
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
A genuine love for animals and comfort working around pets
Strong communication and people skills
Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility with scheduling
Willingness to learn about pet nutrition, products, and animal care
Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment
Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean workspace
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a retail shift
Open availability preferred
Weekend and holiday availability may be required
