We are currently seeking a skilled Sprinkler Designer to join our growing Fort Worth team.
Position Summary
The Sprinkler Designer will be responsible for creating detailed fire sprinkler system layouts, ensuring compliance with industry codes, and supporting project teams from design through installation. This is an in-person role based in Fort Worth, TX.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop complete fire sprinkler system designs using industry-standard software
* Produce accurate drawings, calculations, and material lists
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field technicians
* Ensure all designs meet NFPA codes and local regulations
* Assist with permitting, submittals, and as-built documentation
* Participate in project meetings and support installation teams as needed
Qualifications
* NICET certification is required (Level II or higher preferred)
* Bonus compensation offered for NICET level increases
* Several years of fire sprinkler design experience (company is open to various experience levels)
* Strong working knowledge of NFPA standards
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, HydraCAD, or similar design platforms
* Strong communication and time‑management skills
* Ability to work in person at the Fort Worth office
