Position Summary

The Scheduling Coordinator is a key role in our organization and will be based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA . Your responsibilities will include scheduling Inspections, Electrical & Site Survey appointments, managing calendars, and scheduling installations. In addition, you may be given other assignments as directed by your Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Ability to commute to Rancho Cucamonga, CA daily
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Scheduling experience or related office experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work individually as well as in a group setting

Job duties:

• Coordinate with Field Manager on calendar availability
• Confirm Site Survey, Inspections & Electrical appointments with Customers
• Provide needed documentation for appointments
• Communicate effectively with other departments to complete reports
• Pull a variety of reports
• Coordinate calendars with Field Operations
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule additional appointments
• Review Site Survey reports and provide Titanium Partners with needed information

Compensation: $18-20/hr depending on experience
