Graham Packaging Company is looking for a(n) Operator1 based in Henderson. This opening is for 2nd (2p – 1030p) and 3rd shift (10p – 630a). The Operator is responsible for operating a given number of plastic blow molding machines (including in-line equipment), and makes necessary adjustments or minor repairs to ensure production of containers is made in a safe, efficient and high quality manner. High school diploma or GED required Minimum 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot industrial machinery (blow molding equipment preferred) Strong attention to quality, safety, and production standards Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and flexibility to work different shifts (including nights/weekends) Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting/maintenance ability
