Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join their team. This pivotal role will provide comprehensive legal support across multiple business functions, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk in all corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Advise on various legal issues, including contract negotiation, compliance, and corporate governance.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of contracts, including but not limited to supplier agreements, service contracts, and employment agreements.
Support corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and provide legal due diligence.
Manage disputes and litigation in coordination with external counsel.
Stay abreast of legal developments and regulatory changes affecting the organization.
Develop and provide training on legal topics to internal stakeholders to enhance compliance and risk awareness.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal alignment with business goals and objectives.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and a valid state bar license.
A minimum of 7 years of legal experience, ideally in a corporate legal environment or law firm.
Proven experience in handling complex commercial contracts and legal matters.
Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and risk management strategies.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus.
