Our Client has an immediate need for a Residential Counselor in the Leominster, MA area.

CLIENT'S HOURLY RATE
* $21/hr. Compensation is dependent on Contractor's experience, education, availability, and skills.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide care and support to adults with developmental disabilities and mental health and/or medical challenges in a residential setting.
* Provide instruction and reinforce personal care/hygiene tasks, community living, communication, and socialization skills.
* Implement person-centered activities and goals that create and maintain a supportive environment.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation including progress notes and reports that meet State and federal requirements

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Minimum of one (1) year experience working with adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a health care setting
* Must be self-motivated with a positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
* Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid/CPR, and other certifications as required
* Must possess a valid Driver's License to transport residents as needed
