Sweetwater Pools of Nashville is seeking a skilled and dependable Repair Technician to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in maintaining and repairing swimming pool systems, ensuring safe and enjoyable swimming experiences for our valued clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on, outdoor environment and brings technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Occasional Saturdays | Year-round work

Core Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair pool equipment: heaters, filters, pumps, motors, timers, cleaning systems, and automation controls
• Troubleshoot electrical components and pool plumbing systems
• Perform routine inspections diagnostics on systems
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with scheduling and office teams
• Track and update service requests using digital platforms
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment inventory
• Provide friendly, professional customer interactions and updates
• Follow all safety protocols and company standards

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with swimming pool systems (residential and/or commercial)
• Knowledge of automation systems, plumbing, electrical, water chemistry, concrete and tile repair
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organizational and basic computer literacy
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in variable conditions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
