We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Remote Travel Planner to support daily operations by coordinating travel arrangements managing itinerary details and ensuring a smooth and well-structured experience from planning through this role you will help keep travel plans organized accurate and aligned with client needs.
This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys planning working with structured systems and managing multiple details while delivering a high-quality seamless experience.
Coordinate travel arrangements itineraries and scheduling details
Research destinations accommodations and available options to support planning
Communicate with clients and team members to gather and confirm information
Maintain organized records through data entry itinerary tracking and documentation
Assist with confirmations follow-ups and ongoing communication
Monitor workflow progress and ensure all travel-related tasks are completed on time
Review travel details to ensure accuracy and completeness
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities effectively
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Basic computer proficiency (email calendars and digital tools)
Experience in planning coordination customer service or administrative support is a plus (not required)
Must be a citizen of the US UK Australia Mexico Spain or LATAM
