Realtors, what if your skills paid you consistently — without the feast-or-famine cycle? You are good with people. You know how to build rapport quickly, understand what a client really needs, and navigate a decision-making conversation with multiple stakeholders. Those skills took years to develop. And yet you spend the majority of your time on things that have nothing to do with those skills. Generating leads. Following up on cold contacts. Waiting on a market you cannot control. Managing transactions that drag on for months. We are offering something different. By now, you must be asking yourself, what is actually different with this role? It starts with we generate the leads. You run the appointments. This is the sentence that changes everything for most real estate agents who read it. You do not prospect. You do not cold call. You do not farm neighborhoods or buy leads. Your calendar is filled by the company. Your job is to show up and execute. Most decisions occur within 3 appointments. You meet with a homeowner, understand their needs, design a solution together, and present the price. You may need to meet again to research some options or to make adjustments. No months of follow-up. No contingencies. No chains. Most decisions are made within 72 hours. Income that reflects your output — not the market. In real estate, a great month that happens in a slow market can still be a disaster. Here, your income is a direct function of your appointments and your closing ratio. The market in Houston for custom home organization is relatively consistent year-round. People are always moving, always renovating, always looking to solve challenges with how they live. Your earnings are not held hostage to interest rates. You have spent years developing exactly the skills this role requires. You do not need to start over. You need to redirect.

  • Building rapport with homeowners quickly — you do this every day.
  • Asking questions that uncover what a client really needs versus what they say they need — this is your core competency.
  • Navigating price conversations with confidence — you have done this hundreds of times.
  • Managing a decision-making process with multiple stakeholders — you know exactly how this works.
  • Following a consultative process that builds trust before it asks for a commitment — this is how you have always operated at your best.
The product is different. The process is the same. The income is more consistent and the ceiling is comparable. This is a lateral move that solves the problem you have been living with. We want the right person to see clearly what they are signing up for. An annual income of $100k+ is possible.
  • Full production is 32 appointments per month — 8 per week.
  • When you come in for an interview, we will discuss the close rate, average sale amount and the structure of the appointment.
  • At full production,top performers exceed the $100k amount.
We are not promising easy. We are promising that the effort you put in has a direct and transparent relationship to what you earn. For many real estate agents, that clarity alone is worth the conversation.
  • You have at least two years of real estate experience and are genuinely good at the client-facing parts of the work.
  • You are ready to be honest with yourself about whether the income inconsistency of real estate is serving you and your family.
  • You want to apply your skills in a role where the pipeline is not your problem.
  • You are disciplined enough to run a process consistently and volume-oriented enough to fill a full calendar.
