Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals
• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements
• Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
• Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closings to ensure smooth transactions
• Utilize marketing strategies and digital platforms to promote listings and attract prospective clients

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in the state of NJ
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or related field
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Proficient in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
