Salary: $124,800 - 145,600 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 8 years of software testing experience, with strong specialization in debit card and payment processing environments.
• We need hands-on expertise with Lexcel, our FIS simulation tool.
• We expect deep knowledge of POS transaction flows, automated fuel dispenser pre-authorizations, and financial messaging standards such as ISO 8583 and 0120 transactions.
• We look for proven success working as an embedded resource in a fast-moving, client-facing setting.
• We value strong communication skills to support alignment across client stakeholders and network specifications.
• A bachelors degree is required.
• We prefer candidates based in the US, with EST availability strongly preferred.

• We collaborate with client teams as they finalize project scope, providing subject matter guidance on debit card transaction processes.
• We design, build, and run detailed test plans and test cases for the updated 0120 transaction flow, including real-time updates and reversals.
• We use Lexcel to simulate debit card activity, verify messaging behavior, and surface system issues.
• We support development and testing throughout a phased release, ensuring our changes align with Visas deployment schedule.
• We identify, document, and monitor defects, partnering with developers to resolve issues and verify fixes.
