Production Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm )

• Work in multiple production departments including meat preparation, frying, packaging, and sanitation.
• Load raw meat onto production equipment and assist with meal assembly and packaging.
• Operate production equipment while maintaining quality and food safety standards.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and production areas.
• Cross-train in different departments as business needs require.

Production Associate Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Must wear required PPE and follow food safety guidelines.
• Able to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn multiple production areas.
