This position performs all the essential functions of the Registered Sonographer. Must have training and practical experience in the following areas: Abdomen, OB/GYN, Vascular, Intracavity exams, Segmental Pressure Studies, small parts, Peripheral Vascular Bypass grafts and a variety of invasive studies requiring ultrasound guidance. Performs and evaluates sonographic examinations and physiologic vascular testing. Obtains clinical history and performs a physical assessment of the patient’s condition to determine appropriate testing protocol. Provides a technical interpretation of sonographic and physiological data to aid physicians in rendering a medical diagnosis.

Both of our locations are ACR-accredited Breast Imaging Centers of Excellence! Studies performed at Imaging Associates include General, OB/GYN, Small Parts, and Breast. We are also a comprehensive vascular lab. Work closely with our breast imaging team who leverage 3D mammography (Breast Tomography), breast MRI, ultrasound, and breast biopsy.
