Position: Sr. Power BI Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA - 4 days hybrid

Duration: 12+months

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with strong Insurance domain expertise to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level dashboards and reporting solutions that support strategic business decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building Executive Leadership Dashboards (ELD), Data Quality Readiness Reports, gap assessment reporting, and other analytical solutions. This role requires close collaboration with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate data mapping, validation, and reporting across multiple data sources.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query.
• Advanced proficiency in DAX for creating measures, KPIs, calculated columns, and complex business logic.
• Experience supporting Executive Leadership Dashboards (ELD) and executive-level reporting.
• Strong experience within the Insurance domain.
• Experience building reports and dashboards using data from multiple heterogeneous data sources.
• Strong understanding of data Modeling, dimensional Modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Experience validating data accuracy and reconciling reporting outputs with source systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
