Powder Coater Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $24.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Thursday )

• Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, sanding, masking, or blasting
• Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray guns
• Operate curing ovens routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Record production data using a tablet 
• Assist with material handling, loading/unloading parts, and other general shop duties as needed
• 1st shift: Monday - Thursday: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• 2nd shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
• $18-24/Hr Based on Experience

Powder Coater Qualifications:

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods - up to 10-hour shifts
• Steel-toe shoes are required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of consistent general labor experience 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Previous experience in powder coating, industrial painting, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with powder coating equipment and techniques
• Clear criminal background

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
