Job Description

Korzen Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient psychiatry team in Omaha, Nebraska. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful psychiatric care in a structured outpatient environment with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule and no call responsibilities.

Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Schedule: Full-Time | Outpatient | Monday–Friday

Compensation: $125,000+ annually (Based on Experience) + Bonus Structure

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide medication management and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with supervising psychiatrists and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and wellness strategies .

Requirements

• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) .
• Licensed or license-eligible in Nebraska .
• Nebraska DEA required or ability to obtain.
• Experience working with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered behavioral health care .
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a team-based clinical environment .
