Hanksters Motorsports is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Parts & Accessories Specialist to join our team in Janesville, WI. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for customers looking for the right parts and accessories to enhance their motorsports experience. You will provide exceptional service, assist with inventory management, and ensure that every customer leaves with exactly what they need. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to sell and upsell products, self motivation, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing parts and accessories that meet their needs.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of our product offerings and stay current with industry trends.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and accurate record-keeping.
• Work closely with the service team to coordinate parts orders and deliveries.
• Collaborate with the sales department to provide accessories and maximize part sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate quotes and process sales transactions efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to parts and accessories.

Requirements

• Prior experience in parts sales, ideally within the motorsports, automotive, or marine industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn product specifications and technical information quickly.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Self Motivated
