Drive-By Property Inspector (Independent Contractor)

National Mortgage Field Services is actively seeking a reliable independent contractor located in or near Hattiesburg, MS to handle local property inspections.
This is a field-based role suited for individuals who are already working independently and can manage their own territory.
What You'll Do:
•
Drive to assigned properties in your local area
•
Take required exterior photos
•
Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant)
•
Submit reports using a mobile app
This is not random gig work — this is territory-based assignment work. Contractors who stay consistent are given continued volume in their area.
What We're Looking
For:

Must live in or very near the Hattiesburg, MS area
•
Must be dependable and able to complete work on time
•
Comfortable working independently and managing routes
•
Reliable vehicle and smartphone required

•
Basic computer access for form submission
•
Ability to follow photo and reporting guidelines
Compensation:

Paid per inspection (varies by area and volume)
•
Rural routes often allow multiple inspections per run
