This Mortgage Vault Document Operations Specialist role is with a large, respected global company that offers growth opportunities for the hard-working, reliable, engaged professional. The Mortgage Vault Document Operations Specialist is a long-term contract. You may have the opportunity to transition to a permanent placement! If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy reading and reviewing documents, love seeing a mound of work and the dent that you personally put into it by using your administrative skills, and moving around during your work day, we want to talk to YOU!
salary: $17.9 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Manage Mortgage Backed Security Documents from receipt to placement of them in the vault
- The movement around the large vault is your desk!
- Be mobile constantly and move file carts and file boxes to specific locations
- Receive original and non-original documents from multiple sources including shipment, fax, and computer
- Document receipt of documents correctly in the computer system
- File the documents within the vault
- Utilize your keen eye for detail to perform quality assurance
- Organize and file the documents and file for proper storage in the vault

- Mortgage Documents (2 years of experience is required)
- Detail Orientation (2 years of experience is required)
- Handling of Legal Documents
- Time Management (2 years of experience is required)
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (2 years of experience is required)
- Ability to bend and reach (2 years of experience is required)

- Stand for periods of time (2 years of experience is required)
- Comfortable on Step Stool (2 years of experience is required)
