Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Academy-Chesterton Network School, a classical pre-K-12 school in the Catholic tradition, seeks a talented and dynamic full-time Advancement Coordinator to join our team. Part-time options may also be available. A bachelor's degree is required and two to five years of experience is preferred, along with experience in and passion for Catholic classical education. The successful candidate will be responsible to support recruiting, marketing, and development initiatives along with website updating and a variety of office tasks. This will include planning, coordinating, and executing promotional mailings along with responsibilities related to in-school activities, fundraising, volunteer cultivation, alumni engagement, and institutional advancement. The candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to effectively engage and motivate potential parents, students, volunteers, donors, and other stakeholders. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential. Graphic arts experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva is necessary. The candidate must be a practicing Catholic and be willing to make an Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium and a Profession of Faith.
