Job Description

Salary: $120,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Reliability Engineering, or a related discipline
• Over 10 years of comparable maintenance management experience within an automated industrial environment
• More than 5 years of experience in industrial controls programming and/or troubleshooting, preferably with Allen Bradley/Rockwell

• Direct a plant maintenance team, including planners, parts room coordinators, and multi-craft technicians, in planning and performing machine and system maintenance tasks
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies for equipment, process systems, and facilities to enhance operational uptime and decrease maintenance expenses
• Collaborate with plant leadership and operations teams to assess, evaluate, and prioritize maintenance needs
• Conduct root cause analyses and failure mode assessments to tackle equipment and production system reliability challenges
• Partner with Maintenance and Engineering Management to formulate, refine, and optimize preventive maintenance processes and schedules
• Establish and monitor accurate reliability metrics to evaluate performance, track advancements, and ensure sustainable operations
• Offer technical support to maintenance technicians for swift resolution of downtime incidents and reliability issues
• Create and implement training programs, skill progression pathways, and development curriculums for maintenance personnel
• Develop and manage a robust maintenance program aligned with business objectives to enhance equipment performance
• Improve existing preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance programs to boost equipment uptime and reduce unplanned outages
• Utilize CMMS and data-analysis tools to aid maintenance planning and maintain precise records of equipment performance and maintenance history
• Supervise maintenance staff to guarantee timely and high-quality completion of tasks
• Formulate and manage maintenance and MRO budgets, encompassing planning, inventory management, and scheduling of maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture within the maintenance team
• Identify and oversee requirements for spare parts, supplies, and materials inventory
• Uphold OSHA safety standards by conducting training on proper and safe operating procedures
• Assist in developing manuals, instructions, and training materials; instruct staff on new processes and methods
• Address emergency maintenance situations when necessary, including during off-hours
