Position Summary The Licensing Associate is a time-limited, entry-level position created to provide an opportunity to develop technology transfer skills by working alongside a team of licensing professionals.
The Licensing Associate will work closely with the Director of Licensing to learn all aspects of technology transfer and commercialization at the University of Nebraska.
In addition to working with UNMC and UNO innovators to receive and evaluate new inventions, will also be responsible for marketing and licensing new technology to industry.
This position is a one year appointment that may be renewed on a yearly basis for a maximum of a 3 year appointment. This position will provide significant training for candidates that have an interest in technology transfer as a career.
