Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to individual client needs and health conditions.
• Conduct thorough client assessments and consultations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized workspace adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or wellness plans.
• Manage scheduling efficiently and maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress.
• Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure exceptional client service and a cohesive wellness experience.
• Stay current with industry trends and new massage techniques through continuous education and training.

Requirements

• Valid and current massage therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
• Proven experience working as a Licensed Massage Therapist in a professional spa or healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of diverse massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform massage treatments effectively for extended periods.
