Pay: $13.18–$16.83 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | 5 days per week | 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Job Overview
Hamilton Grove, part of Greencroft Communities, a nonprofit senior living organization, is hiring a Full-Time Laundry Aide to support our residents and campus operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, a consistent morning schedule, and being part of a mission-driven healthcare environment.

Laundry Aide Responsibilities
Collect, wash, dry, fold, and deliver resident laundry and linens
Ensure clothing and linens are returned to correct residents and areas
Inspect clothing for mending or ironing needs
Safely use laundry chemicals, detergents, washers, dryers, and ironers
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laundry room
Report equipment issues or repair needs promptly
Follow resident care standards and Greencroft Communities policies
Support campus operations and assist with additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous laundry, housekeeping, or healthcare experience preferred
Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassion and respect for older adults and residents
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and 30 lbs frequently
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motions
Occasional kneeling, reaching, pulling, and grasping
Ability to perform close visual inspections
Ability to follow safety procedures and universal precautions
