Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication, active listening and effective problem-solving.
• Collaborate with your team to share best practices and improve processes.
• Learn to analyze clients’ financial needs, develop and implement balanced financial strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the financial industry.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred but not required
• Currently possess or willing to get the Life & Health Insurance License
• FINRA Securities Licenses: SIE, Series 7 & 66 preferred or willingness to get Licensed
• A passion for building relationships
• Market development/networking abilities
• Any sales experience is a plus
