Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. The Arthrex Human Resources department is actively seeking an HR Employee Data Analyst to join the Compensation team at our campus in Naples, FL. This entry-level position will be responsible for the maintenance of organizational data in SAP. Additionally, they will be a point of contact for HR reporting. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is both adaptable to change and detail-oriented with strong communication skills. Bachelor's degree is required along with proficiency in Excel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data entry/maintenance within the HRIS system while assuring data integrity of HR information
  • Maintains position/job/organization data in SAP
  • Works closely with IT on general SAP issues and maintenance
  • Provide timely reporting to produce information for analysis, and decision making
  • Maintains, develops, and revises all manuals, tables, code lists, and documentation
  • Manages and processes employee record changes within SAP
  • Performs routine data audits and ensures employee data is up-to-date and accurate
  • Writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools
  • Backup for Hiring and Separation data entry
  • Assist with maintenance

Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • One year of Human Resources experience preferred.
  • MS Office proficiency required.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.

  • Highly discrete individual who can handle sensitive and confidential employee information

Discretion/ Latitude:

  • Work is performed under formal direction. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy.
