We are hiring a Home Care Registered Nurse/Director of Operations to join our team in Cleveland, OH! This role will assist with clinical operations, compliance, and growth for the nation's largest privately owned non-skilled home health agency. The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide medical support to our clients in their homes. We have offices in 60+ cities and nearly 20 states! This role is centered on evaluation and coordination, not traditional bedside nursing. The emphasis is on observing, documenting, and guiding care rather than performing direct clinical procedures.
