Responsibilities

• Represent our business in a professional manner
• Interact daily with customers, providing efficient and effective solutions to their heating and cooling problems.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams.
• Utilize company-provided iPad for estimates, GPS locating, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Keep company truck clean and maintain up-to-date inventory.
• Complete paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
  • Ability to understand and operate any gauges or testing devices necessary to diagnose the problem
• Possesses personal hand tools needed to be proficient
• Willingness to obtain necessary certifications (assistance provided).
• Demonstrate a professional image and communicate respectfully with customer
