SERVICE PORTER

Graham Automotive Group – Sioux Falls, SD

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE

Graham Automotive is seeking a full-time Service Porter to join our Volkswagen, Audi, and Volvo team. This position is much more than moving vehicles. The Service Porter plays a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience by supporting advisors, technicians, and customers throughout the day.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, customer-focused, and takes pride in helping the service department operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive
• Move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely
• Assist with customer vehicle pick-up and delivery
• Prepare customer, shuttle, and loaner vehicles
• Assist advisors with customer appointments and vehicle flow
• Support technicians by moving vehicles and maintaining shop organization
• Monitor and maintain customer waiting areas
• Maintain dealership grounds and parking areas
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal property maintenance as needed
• Help ensure the service department maintains a professional appearance at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Automotive dealership experience
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Experience working around vehicles or equipment

• Monday through Friday
• Occasional Saturdays as needed
