EWM SAP Inventory Specialist | Sparks, NV
Nexeo HR is hiring an EWM SAP Inventory Specialist to support an innovative Data Center facility in Sparks, NV (Near USA Pkwy). This role is ideal for candidates with strong SAP EWM experience and a passion for accuracy, analytics, and system-driven inventory control.
As part of the site’s advanced inventory team, you will play a critical role in ensuring real-time inventory accuracy, troubleshooting system variances, and supporting operational excellence across all storage areas. Apply now!
Responsibilities
• Investigate and resolve system-to-physical inventory discrepancies (“delta inventory”).
• Perform inventory adjustments and reconciliations directly within SAP EWM.
• Execute cycle counts and support full-site inventory audits.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and accurately.
• Partner with operations, logistics, receiving, and warehouse teams to maintain data integrity.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant storage areas adhering to data center safety and security standards.
• Ensure accurate, real-time inventory visibility across all site locations and inventory zones.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to workflow, SAP accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols.
Qualifications
• Experience with SAP EWM or similar warehouse management systems (required).
• Strong understanding of inventory control, reconciliation steps, and accuracy best practices.
• Experience completing cycle counts, bin verifications, and inventory audits.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets working with large data sets, reporting tools, and system transactions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Reliable transportation to Sparks, NV (near USA Parkway).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must pass a national background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• High school diploma or GED.
Pay
$25.00 per hour
Schedule
Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
*Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
