We are a dynamic event marketing company dedicated to creating innovative, high-impact experiences for clients across multiple industries. We’re currently seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support the successful planning and execution of promotional events, corporate activations, and marketing campaigns.

As an Event Assistant, you’ll work closely with event managers and coordinators to ensure every event runs smoothly from concept to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in event planning, marketing, brand promotions, or experiential marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist event managers with planning, coordinating, and executing live events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations
• Support venue selection, vendor coordination, logistics management, and event scheduling
• Provide administrative support by preparing event timelines, reports, presentations, and maintaining databases
• Help manage on-site event operations, including attendee registration, setup coordination, event materials, and guest assistance
• Create and assist with marketing materials such as social media content, promotional emails, presentations, and event collateral
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery
• Collect and analyze event performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and improve future events
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to meet project goals and deadlines

Qualifications amp; Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in event planning, event marketing, promotions, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
• Positive attitude, team-player mindset, and willingness to learn
