Job Description

System4 Facility Services Management is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Typist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. This role requires strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed
• Verify and cross-check information with source documents
• Maintain organized records of completed work
• Assist with generating reports and data summaries as required
• Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk, typist, or similar role preferred
• Fast and accurate typing skills (typically 40+ WPM)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
