Responsibilities

• Accurately input a high volume of alphanumeric data from various sources into company databases and systems • Verify data for errors and discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to processing • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with company policies and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, Indian IT Act) • Organize and file digital documents and records systematically for easy retrieval • Generate basic reports and summaries from entered data as required by supervisors • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data discrepancies or workflow issues • Adhere to established data entry procedures and quality standards • Perform routine data backups to prevent data loss • Assist with data cleaning projects to ensure the database remains current and relevant

• Proven experience (typically 2-4 years) in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in a remote setting • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40-50 WPM with high accuracy) • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment • Reliable internet connection and a conducive home office setup free from distractions • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English • Basic understanding of data privacy principles and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
