Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in commercial buildings.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and failures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Keep accurate records of service performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC/R technology.
• Service radius, 2 hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC/R preferred.
• 3-5 Year experience HVAC/R with commercial service/install experience
• Proven experience as an HVAC/R technician, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, components, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Clean MVR and Background for high clearance locations
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
