Client Experience Navigator
Income Skills & Development Team
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Contract: Ongoing (no set end date)

Position Overview
We are seeking two motivated and compassionate Client Experience Navigators to join the Income Skills & Development Team with a non-profit organization. This team plays a vital role in helping clients achieve stability and move toward permanent housing by equipping them with financial, employment, and educational resources.
All new hires will receive comprehensive training across multiple functions within the department. After training, placement will be based on individual strengths and team needs. Flexibility and willingness to support various areas are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, including:
o Creating and maintaining case notes
o Filing, documentation, and general clerical tasks
• Track and report data such as client goals, barriers, and successes using Excel
• Support client services in areas such as:
o Resource center assistance
o Resume writing and job readiness support
o Application assistance (employment, benefits, etc.)
• Participate in client events, job fairs, and special projects
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients with empathy, patience, and professionalism

Qualifications

Required:
• Strong administrative and clerical skills (typing, filing, documentation)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Teams
• Ability to manage and track data accurately

Preferred:
• Customer service experience, particularly in a client-facing role
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, professional demeanor
• Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to engage clients in group settings and events
