AEROTEK IS HIRING PRODUCTION WORKERS, ASSEMBLERS AND PACKERS IN SEMINOLE, FL!

Responsibilities

• Work in a GMP-compliant cleanroom environment.
• Assemble flat boxes and build them into finished cartons.
• Insert dividers into boxes.
• Load materials, including creams and liquids.
• Package finished products and label boxes clearly and correctly for shipment.
• Add caps and necks to bottles, ensuring proper fit and secure closure.
• Handle materials and boxes safely, including lifting up to 50 pounds when required.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, assembly, general production, or warehouse environments, with at least 2 years of related job history.
• Manual dexterity to handle small components, assemble packaging, and perform detailed repetitive tasks.
• Capability to stand for up to 10 hours per day while working on a conveyor line.
• Comfort with performing repetitive tasks daily while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting seals, labels, and overall product quality.
• Willingness to adhere to strict hygiene and dress code requirements, including no makeup, jewelry, nails, or polish.

Work Environment

This role is based in a manufacturing cleanroom within a GMP-regulated environment that is very clean and air-conditioned, providing a comfortable and controlled setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seminole, FL.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
