Class A CDL Local Delivery Driver - Home Daily (2 Consecutive Days Off)

Job Type: Full-time (W2)

Pay: Average $1700-2100 weekly.

Home Time: Home Daily (Sleep in your own bed every night)

Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 consecutive days off . Night/Evening shifts with start times ranging between 6:00 PM and 1:00 AM.

Miles: Average 1,800 miles per week

Operating Area: Routes originating in Perryville, MD with deliveries in PA, NJ, and NY (Staten Island)

Key Responsibilities & Fleet Details

• The Route: Pull freight directly from the Perryville, MD distribution center, executing dedicated regional loops into Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Staten Island, NY, before returning back to the DC.
• Active Unloading (Touch Freight): This is a multi-stop delivery fleet averaging 10 to 20 stops per week. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading trailers utilizing company-provided  pallet jacks .
• Night Operations: The fleet operates 24/7. Available dispatch windows start in the evening and early morning hours between 6:00 PM and 1:00 AM.

Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Experience: 3 months solo Verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
• Physical Stamina: Must be physically capable of lifting and pulling up to 75 lbs. routinely to manage pallet jack deliveries.
• Commute: Must have reliable personal transportation to commute daily to the yard. Trucks must remain parked at the distribution center and cannot be taken home.
• Must live within 45 miles of Perryville, MD.
• Must pass a standard DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
