Job Description
This role focuses on supporting a high-volume rubber and chemical manufacturing operation by loading and operating production machinery, packaging finished products, and handling materials safely and efficiently. You will work on an assembly line, assist with rubber cutting and additive packaging, and use material handling equipment to move and prepare products for shipment while following strict safety and quality standards.

Work Environment
You will work in a large, industrial chemical and rubber manufacturing facility that supplies chemicals and additives to a variety of industries, with a strong focus on the rubber sector. The environment involves working around production machinery, mixers, and packaging lines, as well as handling chemical materials under strict safety standards. Shifts typically run 8 hours, during which you will be on your feet for the majority of the time and may perform repetitive tasks. You will use equipment such as pallet jacks, lifting devices, and potentially tow motors or forklifts. Personal protective equipment, including respirators and hazmat suits, is required and worn for the duration of the shift to ensure safe handling of chemicals and materials.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.05 - $25.05/hr.
