POSITION SUMMARY :
The Business Development Coordinator is a support position for the Business Development group with a focus on supporting the Business Development Representative (s) (BDR’s) by obtaining qualified customer appointments for increased negotiated client relationships. The BD Coordinator is responsible for assisting in identifying, developing, and qualifying sales opportunities for Schwickert’s, to include cross-selling of services to existing customer’s and lead generation. This position will assist the BDR (s) in promoting all of the Schwickert's entities by initiating sales activities that produce lead and opportunity generation.
Starting pay ranges from $20-$26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Education/Experience :
Bachelors or Associates Degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management or related degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
