Automotive BDC

Currently seeking an Automotive (Outbound) Call Center Agent to fill a position with Robbins Chevrolet. The ideal candidate will have customer service, sales, call center, telemarketing or BDC work experience.

Responsibilities of the Appointment Setter/ Outbound Call Agent

• Contact new and existing customers to discuss current sales promotions.
• Create excitement and set appointments for customers to drive our world class automobiles.
• Respond to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to develop customer trust and generate customer visits to our state of the art auto stores.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and produce referrals.
• Perform all other Business Development selling duties as assigned.

Requirements of the Appointment Setter/ Outbound Call Agent

• Call Center/Telemarketing experience
• Appointment setting
• Professional and has the ability to make a compelling introduction
• Willing to participate in skills and product training
• Multi-task and excellent customer service skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Proficient with computers, emails, smartphones and the web
• Ability to work 30 + hours/week (requires some weekend and evening shifts

Job Type

• Full time / Part time hours per week
• $10 Per hourly +Commission
• Experience Preferred.
